· The usage fee of US$35/day I pay includes all taxes, insurance, and unlimited miles on the GEO Tracker.

· This amount must be paid in full before taking possession of the GEO Tracker.

· I am using this vehicle, and not commercially renting it. The fees paid to the owner are for the purpose of helping maintain, insure, and license the vehicle.

· The total amount payed is to cover the contracted days, even if I return the vehicle early.

· I have authorized or paid a security deposit of $500 for the GEO Tracker. Any part of this deposit can be applied to the replacement or repair of the Tracker if I return it with new damage, if it is stolen, or to pay any outstanding balance owed of the rental. I also have authorized a gasoline deposit of $35 which can be charged if the GEO Tracker is not returned full of gas. The insurance does NOT cover: loss of the license plates or registration papers, down time, theft of personal items, flat tire, lost keys, theft of radio, or damage to the motor or transmission due to negligent, abusive or poor driving.

· There is a $500 deductible on the vehicle insurance which I would pay if I have an accident. If receive a ticket from the authorities, for being intoxicated I may be responsible for the entire cost of the vehicle replacement or repair if the insurance is voided as a result of my intoxication.

· I must remain in Costa Rica with the vehicle unless I receive written permission from Lifesaving Island S.A. who is the owner of the vehicle to do otherwise.

· I have received the vehicle in good condition with any existing damage noted on the vehicle condition form. I agree not to drive the vehicle on the beach or in rivers If I do, I am responsible for ALL damage even if it exceeds the $500 security deposit. I have received the car full of gas and will return it full of gas.

· I agree to notify the police, the insurance company, and Christian Arce in the event of new damage, an accident, or loss with the vehicle. The roads in Costa Rica can be hazardous. I agree to take extra care in such roads. I agree to always park the vehicle in guarded protected parking areas or garages.

· I certify that I have a valid and legal driver license in my home country, and to carry my passport with me while operating the vehicle per Costa Rican law.

· I agree that no other persons other than those listed on the form are authorized to drive this vehicle and that the vehicle is not used for commercial or illegal purposes.
